The short version: I only see what you choose to send me, I use it to reply to you, and that's it. Here are the details, in plain English.

Who I am
I'm Andy Kennan, the founder of Hartstone Digital, and I'm responsible for looking after your data.
The website is run by my company, Hartstone Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17555450). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me through the call request or website audit forms:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address or phone number
- Your website address, if you ask for an audit
- The package, preferred time and any message you add to a call request
How I use it
I use your details to reply to you, arrange the call or send your audit, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before we agree any work. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
When you send a form, Resend delivers it to my business inbox as an email. That email is the only copy: nothing is saved in a database on this site.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the anonymous visit statistics. Both companies may process data outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
How long I keep it
If we don't go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you, or object to how I use them. Get in touch and I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
